In this episode of the podcast, I explain why it is crucial to achieve a state of free thought and distance yourself from your own thoughts. We often identify strongly with our thoughts, but it is important to recognize: You are not your thoughts, you have some thoughts!

By detaching ourselves from our thoughts, we can find more serenity and inner peace. We learn not to allow ourselves to be guided by negative or stressful thoughts, but rather to view them as temporary phenomena.
