Welcome to this episode of "Procrastination and Sadness are wake-up call to come back to YOURSELF!"
The connection between sadness, procrastination, and excitement is complex and often intertwined!
Sadness: This emotion can lead to a sense of hopelessness or lethargy, making it difficult to engage in tasks. If you are feeling sad, you might struggle to find motivation and that can lead to avoidance behaviors.
Procrastination: This often stems from emotional states like anxiety or sadness. When faced with tasks that may evoke negative feelings, you may delay or avoid them altogether as a coping mechanism. Procrastination can also be a way to seek immediate pleasure of releaf from discomfort, even if it results in long-term stress.
Excitement: On the other side, excitement can serve as a powerful motivator. When you feel excited about a task or project, you are more likely to engage and act. However, if you are stuck in a cycle of sadness and procrastination, the feeling of excitement may feel distant or unattainable!
Solution: lies in the root-cause Therapy, by releasing the main root of emotional code in your Body for Body to stop keeping the same score and start creating the new one!
