Welcome to the Podcast Episode! Why do we want to change and fix others, change for them, and serve them so much?

We often feel the need to change others for several reasons, including: 1.Concern for Well-Being: We my believe that changing someones behavior or habits will lead to a better quality of life for that person 2. Personal Values: We may want others to align with our own Beliefs and Values, feeling that our perspective is the "right" one. 3. Control: We may feel a need to control their environment and the people in it, believing that changing others will provide a sense of stability. 4. Fear of Judgment: we might feel embarrassed or judged by others when someone close to us behaves in a way that doesnt meet social norms or expectations. 5. Desire for Improvement: some of us believe that we can help others grow and develop by encouraging change, viewing it as a form of support. 6. Insecurity: some of us project our Insecurities onto others, wanting to change them to feel better about ourselves. 7. Relationship Dynamics: In relationships, one partner may feel that changing the other will lead to a healthier or more fulfilling partnership. 8. Cultural or Societal Pressures: External pressures from society or culture can lead individuals to believe that certain changes are necessary for acceptance or success.
