Welcome to this podcast episode on "How to use the Power of Empathy to Heal your Past". Today, we`ll explore how empathy can serve as a transformative tool in understanding and healing from past experiences.

Empathy is not just about feeling for others; it`s also about understanding ourselves. By cultivating self-empathy, we can acknowledge our feelings and experiences without judgement. This allows us to process past traumas and emotions in a healthier way.

Start by reflecting on your past experiences. Ask yourself how those events made you feel and what needs were unmet. Additionally you can go deeper on the root of your unmet needs and learn with me how you can meet them today by releasing all stuck Energy over your Subconscious Mind and reconnect with your True Power as Creator of your Reality. Next, practice self-compassion. Treat yourself with the same kindness you would offer a friend. This fosters a safe space for healing.

Incorporate Meditation "on the Breath" and if you don`t know how connect with me and I am gonna teach you how. This helps to quite your Mind, observe your own thoughts, reduce the stress, bring you back in the present moment to feel and experience peace, joy and abundance of yourself and the life.
